MDC's NextUP 2024

The credit union industry’s preeminent innovation opportunity, bringing together our owners’ brightest stars to solve big problems.

ABOUT

Congratulations on your successful participation in MDC’s NextUP 2024! During our time together, you had a unique opportunity to impact the credit union industry as we focused our work on Artificial Intelligence.

Many of you are familiar with the Gartner Group hype cycle. We believe—as it applies to credit unions—that AI is in the early stages of the hype cycle. We are most likely between the initial innovation trigger and moving towards the peak of inflated expectations. We have the opportunity to bridge the hype cycle and move from initial innovation to the slope of enlightenment and eventually the plateau of productivity. To do this, we need to focus our collective wisdom, creativity, and innovative thinking to applying the enormous potential of AI to the best possible solutions and outcomes for credit unions.

AI has tremendous potential to fundamentally change how we operate and render a meaningful member experience! We are excited to have you on this exciting journey.

We will meet in person for the following sessions:
